Birds: Pictures of puffins in Alaska

Puffins remind me of little aerial clowns. They kind of flap and flutter around. 

These puffins were photographed in Alaska and Iceland. During the breeding season the puffin beaks are bright orange. It is noticable in the images that the puffins in this gallery are in two different stages. The puffin pictures from Alaska show an orange and tan coloured beak. Those puffins were photographed in early July. The puffins that were photographed in Iceland were photographed in early June so they are at different months, thus the different beak colours.
